Polewave Flex

This class is fully dedicated to help you gain flexibility, which is a necessary skill for advanced pole dancing, useful though for every beginner who desires a complete and multi dimensional system of physical exercise. Splits , backbends , spine twisting and lengthening , even floor acrobatics in a programme designed to bring results even to participants with no athletic background. You can take this class separately if you are interested in increasing your flexibility level without taking pole dance lessons.
