Routine class

Instruction of choreographies (3-4 minutes long) on static  or spinning pole. Students get the maximum of Pole dancing benefits  as a cardio exercise and learn a lot of acrobatic combinations, as well as ways to move on the floor  and around the pole with rhythm and flow. Ideal for those who plan to participate in competitions or pole showcases.
