Ideal class for someone who has never tried pole dancing before. It begins with a special warm up including strengthening exercises, continues with explaining in detail the basic pole dancing grips and dance techniques and closes with a cool down set. Students have to bring shorts, small towel and avoid wearing body cream the same day, to secure maximum grip on the pole.
